PRODUCT AND BENEFITS
ATLAS-SCL30 is a biodegradable solvent based cleaner for electronic, plastic and mechanical components surface.
Atlas-scl30 was developed to provide super-strength cleaning and degreasing power for on tough greasy stains on painted and soiled surface while protecting the user and the environment by eliminating the use of perchloroethylene, Trichloroethylene and benezene.
- Atlas-scl30 is water insoluble powerful cleaner.
- Atlas-scl30 provides excellent degreasing of machine parts while being safe and pleasant to use. The advantage is an inexpensive for use as a machine part degreaser.
It does not Contains any hazardous solvents like perchloro ethylene. Trichloro ethylene, benzene etc. Non-corrosive to all metals, plastic, wood, etc. Won't harm paint, rubber, insulation or plastic during contact time.
Leaves no residue. Requires no rinsing or wiping after use.
Controlled evaporation won't induce condensation moisture, provides extended contact for greater cleaning power.
High flash point, increase safety of cleaning operation.
APPLICATIONS:
Spray or brush method:
Spray or brush on to surface to be cleaned. Allow to work then apply more Atlas-scl30 to blush away loosened grime, wipe allow to air dry or by blowing air.
Immersion Cleaning Method:
By circulating cover tank method:
Immerse small components or parts in a circulating covered tank of ATLAS-SCL30 remove and allow to drying.
By open tank method:
Fill the tank by ATLAS-SCL30 up to working volume. Dip the components up to 2 to 3 minutes leaves no residue.
FOLLOWING POINTS TO BE KEPT TO DISCARD TANK SOLUTION
The removed oil, grease, dirt etc., will contaminate bath solution. When removed oil, grease, dirt etc., interface in the function of ATLAS-SCL30, discard the tank solution and make a fresh bath solution.
WARNING
- Not for use on computers, data processing equipment or controllers panels.
- Keep container and using bath closed after each use. Keep out reach of children. Avoid contact with skin, eye. Flush with plenty of water avail medical advice.
- When using, wear gaggles, Gloves and mask.
